Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Pottery

Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original padding to prevent breakage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

Afford the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
