What makes East Fork pottery unique?
Our pottery is made from regional clay sourced in the American Southeast. Each piece is designed for durability and finished with our signature lead-free glazes, resulting in functional art that is safe for the microwave and dishwasher.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For 'Pre-Order' or 'Made-to-Order' items, please refer to the specific lead times listed on the product page.
Is your dinnerware dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, all of our ceramic dinnerware is designed for daily use and is fully safe for use in both the dishwasher and the microwave. We recommend avoiding extreme temperature shocks, such as moving a plate directly from the freezer to a hot oven.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your pottery. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our international community in the near future.
What should I do if my items arrive broken?
While we pack our ceramics with extreme care, breakage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours so we can send a replacement immediately.
